The project involves the design and construction administration of 24 homeowner units in two townhouses with 10 units each. Building 1 has 16 parking places at lowest level. Four units are in two-family houses. The three story buildings are framed in wood. Lateral stability is achieved with wood stud walls with shear panels. The conventional foundation will be supported on undisturbed soil, geopiers or lean concrete. First floor is ordinary slab-on-grade construction.
